Dead Bite 2011 Movie – Storyline :

A Hiphop group called Gancore Club being led by Joey Boy will find themselves stuck on Mermaid Island after a video shoot has gone terribly wrong. After some fun in the sun and a few strange events everything will change. The group will find themselves chased by the local villagers, different monsters and zombies! Has a Blair Witch Project/Cloverfield feel to movie.Original is subtitled.

Review of Dead Bite (2011 Movie):

A Thai hip-bounce teen pop band skips on a boat with a lot of young ladies in two-pieces just to get abandoned on an island encompass by zombies who can’t emerge from the water (except if it is pouring) and a gathering of native keen on forfeiting them to the water zombies.

For some reason, the movie had a hand-held camera in part. It was intended to be entertaining which didn’t interpret well. The film’s originality impressed me.

Rap video, horror comedy, and both: Gancore Gud, also known as Dead Bite, is a film written, directed, and starring JoeyBoy, also known as “The Godfather Of Thai Hiphop.” In it, a group of rappers from the record label Gancore Club are hired to take part in a photoshoot with a number of voluptuous young women on a enigmatic island called Mermaid Island. The young women are wearing only revealing clothing. The majority of local people won’t go close to the island, not to mention step foot on it…but that doesn’t dissuade them. But maybe it should have, because they soon find themselves being attacked by maniacs with axes who drag their victims into the water.
